The apartment

A coastal home, framed by palms and open sea.

Torre Lomas sits in La Mata — a quiet seaside village just north of Torrevieja, on Spain's celebrated Costa Blanca. From the balcony, the Mediterranean stretches as far as the eye can see.

The apartment is currently being reimagined — a slow, considered renovation guided by a single idea: to let the sea, the light and the warmth of Spain speak for themselves.

The interiors will be a quiet study in white, sand and natural texture. Linen curtains drifting in the breeze. Travertine and warm wood underfoot. Soft rattan, dried botanicals and the kind of restraint that lets the view be the hero.

Outside, you'll find tall palm trees, a generous swimming pool, sun loungers for slow afternoons, and a short stroll to one of the most beautiful golden sand beaches on the Costa Blanca.

The Spanish lifestyle

Mornings at the market. Afternoons by the pool.

Long lunches under the shade of palms. Evening paseos along the seafront. A glass of something cold while the sun melts into the sea. La Mata is the kind of place that resets you.
