    Keys & first impressions

    We took possession of the apartment and walked every room — measuring, photographing, dreaming. The view alone made the project feel inevitable.

  2. Phase 02

    Design direction & mood board

    A palette of warm whites, sand, travertine and rattan. Boho touches softened by clean Mediterranean lines. The sea sets the colour story.

    Demolition & structural prep

    Old finishes coming out. Walls reshaped to open the living space toward the balcony and the horizon beyond.

    Kitchen & bathrooms

    Hand-finished plaster, natural stone, brushed brass fixtures and built-in cabinetry in soft oak.
